A Network of Caring
Who We Serve
At Pennsylvania MENTOR, we understand that every person is unique, with their own strengths and abilities, which is why we provide a range of personalized home- and community-based services. Our programs provide the right balance of service and support—combining personal choice and community integration with professional oversight, family involvement and stability.
Children and Family Services
We believe every child deserves a nurturing, safe home where they can feel valued and loved. In our Therapeutic Foster Care program, children live in private family homes where they can receive services, form relationships, participate in everyday family activities, continue their education, and be active in the community. In addition, we support children who live with family members through in-home supports and other periodic services.
We offer a continuum of services for Children and Families, including:
- Therapeutic Foster Care
- CRR Host Home Program
- Behavioral Health Services
- Case Management
- Family Based Mental Health Services
- Certified Peer Support (adults only)
Adults with Disabilities
We offer a continuum of home and community-based services for adults with disabilities including our group home and Lifesharing programs.
In the Lifesharing program, individuals live in private family homes where they can receive services, develop relationships, participate in everyday family activities and become active members of their community. Through our residential programs and coordinating support services, Pennsylvania MENTOR provides a community-based alternative to more traditional care facilities and a welcome solution for families that are seeking quality services for a loved one.
All of our programs and support services reflect our strong belief that participation in community life provides the best opportunity to be happy and fulfilled—to learn, grow and to connect with others.
